USUI Holy Fire III Reiki
a calm, grounded setting that makes room and space for stillness, care, and healing intention; for rest, inner spaciousness, recovery, and gentle reconnection
What is Reiki
I practise USUI Holy Fire III Reiki, a lineage-based healing practice offered with attentiveness, clarity, and respect for each person’s experience.
A Reiki session is physically still, yet often deeply supportive. It invites receptivity, reflection, and gentle inward discovery. Rather than asking anything to be forced, it creates the conditions in which healing, reconnection, and awareness may begin to unfold with more space and care.
In my Reiki practice, I offer a quieter healing space: one that supports rest, inward connection, and the kind of pause that can be difficult to find in the flow of everyday life. It is a space to settle, to soften, and to allow more room for what may be asking for care.
The Session - A Quieter Healing Space
Reiki can be a meaningful support in many different seasons of life. For some, it offers a restorative pause. For others, it becomes part of a wider healing journey. It can be a space for emotional settling, inner clarity, or simply the experience of being able to rest more fully in oneself for a time.
In my practice, Reiki is not framed as a quick answer. It is offered as a calm and intentional space in which something important may be felt, received, or gently recognised.
At times, a quiet pause is the first step in meeting life with more presence and care.

Different ways of experiencing Reiki
People experience Reiki in different ways. Some relate to it as an energetic or spiritual practice. Others experience it more through quiet, rest, embodied awareness, or a sense of inner connection. In my practice, these different ways of understanding can sit comfortably alongside one another.
What matters most is the quality of the space, the care of the practice, and the experience itself.
My approach
My Reiki practice is shaped by lineage, personal experience, and a respect for the quieter forms of healing work.
I offer Reiki as a space that is calm, grounded, and welcoming — a space where stillness is not empty, but supportive, and where care can be received without rush.
